These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of whatbrandonthinks.com(the “Service”), operated by L4Forge SAS (doing business as What Brandon Thinks, “we”, “us”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
What Brandon Thinks generates AI-powered analysis reports from WhatsApp and iMessage group chat exports that you upload. Reports are delivered by email or, if you choose it, WhatsApp after payment is completed.
2. Accounts and authentication
You authenticate using a one-time passcode sent to your email address or, if available and selected, your WhatsApp number. You are responsible for keeping access to your authentication method secure.
3. Transactional messages
If you provide a WhatsApp number or select WhatsApp delivery, you agree that we may send transactional WhatsApp messages related to your account, authentication, payment, report processing, and report delivery. These messages are not marketing messages. Delivery depends on WhatsApp, Meta, your device, and your account settings. You can ask us to use email instead by contacting support@whatbrandonthinks.com.
4. Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are displayed at checkout. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact support@whatbrandonthinks.com within 14 days of purchase to request a refund.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Upload content you do not have the right to share, or content that infringes the privacy or other rights of third parties.
- Use the Service to harass, defame, or harm any person.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the Service.
6. Content ownership
You retain ownership of the chat content you upload and the reports we generate for you. You grant us a limited license to process this content solely to provide the Service.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Reports are generated by AI and are for informational and entertainment purposes only. They are not professional advice.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, L4Forge SAS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the Service or by email.
