What Brandon Thinks turns conversations you upload into reports generated by artificial intelligence. You must have the legal capacity to make a purchase or permission from your legal guardian.

You remain responsible for the content you upload and must be allowed to use it. You grant us only the temporary technical rights needed to provide the service.

Reports are for entertainment. AI may misunderstand context, miss information or invent a detail. A report is not medical, legal, psychological or professional advice and must not be used to make an important decision.

The total price is shown before payment, which is processed by Stripe. Generation begins as soon as payment is confirmed and the report is delivered to the email address provided. Delivery times are estimates; contact support if a lasting technical failure occurs.

Any mandatory consumer rights remain available to you, particularly where the law in your country does not allow them to be excluded.

A free preview is provided before purchase. Small errors, approximations or occasional hallucinations are a normal part of an AI-generated report and generally do not qualify for a refund.

If major errors make the report as a whole genuinely unreadable or unusable, you may submit a request with the report link and an explanation. Our team will read the full report and decide within five business days. A refund is not guaranteed. This policy does not limit mandatory legal rights.

You are responsible for access to your email and account. Reports remain available until you delete them. Uploaded conversations follow the periods described in our Privacy Policy.

You must not use the service to harm someone, violate their rights, bypass our protections or disrupt the service. We may block fraudulent, abusive or unlawful use.

To the extent allowed by law, L4Forge SAS is not responsible for decisions made from a report or indirect harm related to the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

These terms are governed by French law without depriving you of mandatory protections in your country of residence. If there is a problem, first email support@whatbrandonthinks.com so we can try to resolve it.

We may update these terms. The version applying to your purchase is the one available when you order; material changes to the service will be communicated appropriately.
