Yes. Your chats are encrypted in transit and at rest, on the same cloud infrastructure trusted by some of the world's largest companies (Vercel and Supabase). Payments go through Stripe, so your card details never reach us. And because GumGum is based in Paris, your data is protected by European privacy law (GDPR). Every day, people trust Brandon with their most private conversations: keeping them private is the whole job.

Completely. Nothing is sent to anyone in the chat. Your upload is secure and deleted from our servers automatically, or earlier by you from your account. Nothing is used to train AI models, sold, or shared: that is not our business model. You pay per report, and that is the whole model. The AI providers who help write the reports work under strict privacy terms and cannot use or train on what we send them.

From your account, any time: one conversation, one report, or the whole account. Deleting the account removes everything.

WhatsApp exports from iPhone or Android, and iMessage with our Mac app or a screen recording on your iPhone. Instagram and Messenger work too, with a screen recording on your phone (iPhone or Android), for chats with one person. Other messaging apps are not supported yet.

It depends on the app, and the setup shows you every step with a short tutorial. WhatsApp has its own export button, so it takes a few taps. For iMessage, use our Mac app or a screen recording on your iPhone. For Instagram and Messenger, a screen recording on your phone does it.
